Thank you for using Hubme, Hubme is a Link Generator Platform powered by PT. Digital Mediatek Solusindo and registered on December 11 2022 in the system of the Directorate of Aptics Management of the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia with PB-UMKU Number 200921004955500020002 PSE Registration Certificate Number 008446.02/DJAI.PSE/11/2022. An affiliate program is a marketing program in which Hubme pays a commission to you, hereinafter referred to as the Affiliate, for each customer or transaction generated through your marketing efforts. Affiliates promote Hubme products or services through unique affiliate links which are hereinafter referred to as Referrals, and when members register and make transactions via the referral link, the affiliate will receive a commission in return for their contribution in generating sales.

Registration

Anyone can register to become a member of the Hubme Affiliate Program. Registration must be done via the Hubme platform and each member will automatically get a unique referral link.

Affiliate Commission

Affiliate commissions are given based on member transactions that are successfully registered via the referral link for each member. The maximum commission rate given is 40% for Free Members and 10% for Premium Members of 25%.

Payment method

Withdrawal of affiliate funds can be done via Bank Transfer for Indonesian territory in IDR currency and Paypal for USD currency for all foreign countries. Hubme will process affiliate funds to members once a month on the 25th

Withdrawing funds

The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is IDR 100,000 up to a maximum of unlimited. Our system uses the default currency IDR. If you want to withdraw funds in USD, you can use Paypal. Once you have reached at least a minimum of IDR 100,000 you can make a withdrawal request in IDR format. Then we will send your commission in USD according to the rate on the 25

Violation

Hubme has the right to suspend or terminate Affiliate Program membership if violations of applicable provisions are found. Hubme has the right to suspend Affiliate income if violations are found such as:

  1. Copyright or Trademark Infringement: Affiliate uses copyrighted or trademarked material without permission, or claims to own a product or service that it does not actually own.
  2. Use of Unauthorized Marketing Methods: Affiliates use marketing methods that violate advertising laws or policies, such as committing acts of fraud, money laundering or other illegal acts in an attempt to generate sales.
  3. Use of Personal Information without Permission Description: Affiliate collects or uses users' personal information without required permission, violates privacy policies, or violates applicable data protection laws.

Hubme reserves the right to change the terms of the Affiliate Program at any time and will notify members of such changes. By participating in the Hubme Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program set by Hubme.
